KSR20 is always looking for talented, motivated and dedicated sim racers to strengthen our team. We compete in international endurance and sprint events on iRacing, primarily in the Sports Car classes, and are constantly working to improve both individually and as a team.

As part of KSR20, you’ll join a professional and supportive racing environment where teamwork, consistency and development are key. We regularly train together, prepare for upcoming events and share knowledge to help every driver perform at their best. Vans Weijers also provides guidance and coaching during training sessions and race preparation.

      At KSR20, we strive to create a professional, respectful and enjoyable racing environment for everyone involved. To ensure our team continues to grow and succeed both on and off the track, we ask all drivers to follow a number of simple team rules. These guidelines reflect our values and help us maintain the positive team culture that KSR20 is built upon.

      KSR20 Team Rules

      At KSR20, we believe that success is built on teamwork, respect and professionalism. Every driver who represents KSR20 is expected to uphold the values of our team, both on and off the track.

      01. Respect & Team Spirit

      KSR20 is a team first. We support each other through successes and setbacks, and we understand that mistakes are part of racing. Every team member deserves respect, regardless of experience, pace or results.

      We communicate openly, help each other improve and work together towards our shared goals. Negative behavior, personal attacks or creating unnecessary conflicts within the team will not be tolerated.

      02. Professional Conduct Online & In Public

      As a representative of KSR20, your behavior reflects on the entire team and our sponsors. Whether you’re racing, streaming, posting on social media or communicating in voice chat, we expect you to act professionally and respectfully.

      Passion and emotion are part of racing, but excessive swearing, abusive language, discrimination, harassment or toxic behavior are not acceptable. We want KSR20 to be a welcoming and professional environment for drivers, fans, sponsors and competitors alike.

      03. Sportsmanship On Track

      We race hard, but we race fair.

      Intentional wrecking, retaliation, dangerous driving or unsportsmanlike behavior have no place within KSR20. Even when incidents occur, we expect our drivers to remain calm, professional and respectful towards competitors.

      Winning is important, but earning respect on and off the track is even more important.

      04. Commitment & Reliability

      Team racing requires commitment. When you sign up for a race, training session or event, the team relies on you to be prepared and available.

      We expect drivers to communicate clearly, be ready on time and take their responsibilities seriously. If you cannot participate in an event, please inform the team as early as possible.

      05. Continuous Improvement

      At KSR20, we are always striving to improve. We encourage drivers to participate in training sessions, share knowledge and help teammates become faster and more competitive.

      A positive attitude, willingness to learn and dedication to self-improvement are qualities we value highly.

      06. Have Fun

      Above all, we race because we love racing.

      Competition, teamwork and ambition are important, but enjoying the journey is equally valuable. We want KSR20 to be a place where drivers can challenge themselves, build friendships and create unforgettable racing experiences together.
